At Zaagi Flow Yoga, we focus on progress not perfection. Our studio name “Zaagi” originates from the Anishinaabe word Zaagi'idiwin which is synonymous with love.

Zaagi Flow Yoga strives to offer a welcoming studio for everyone and guide you through your yoga journey. Zaagi Flow Yoga believes in progress, not perfection and that through mindful yoga practice we seek to connect and honor our mind, body and true self. Through this connection we learn to appreciate and love not only ourselves but others.

    Suitable for all levels. A low to medium intensity flow yoga class, highlighting mind-body connection, synchronized breathing, and yoga postures. This class offers a welcoming space for practitioners of any experience level.

  • Restorative Yoga

    Restorative Yoga is a gentle and rejuvenating practice that involves holding asanas for extended durations. Utilizing supportive props like folded blankets or blocks, this method aims to promote deep relaxation, promote and alleviate stress.

  • Zen Yoga

    Zen Yoga incorporates fewer poses combined with breath to assist with meditation and relaxation. This class is great for beginners or those restarting their journey.
